Interactive NOAA ENC charts covering the Outer Banks from Corolla to Ocracoke. Toggle layers, click markers for details, and print before you head out.
This is an interactive map shell, not a static image — the chart canvas and its markers draw in your browser, so the numbers on it are only ever as fresh as the sources behind them. Toggle the Streets and NOAA ENC layers for the base chart, and turn the Piers, Inlets, and Towns markers on or off depending on what you are working a plan around. Use the print button to take the map with you as a paper fallback when the signal drops at the ramp.
The measurements themselves live on dedicated pages:
Jennette's, Nags Head, and Avalon piers locations with quick info.
Oregon, Hatteras, and Ocracoke inlets — key passage points for OBX anglers.
Artificial reefs and the USS Monitor National Marine Sanctuary.
Streets is an OpenStreetMap base layer;NOAA ENC is the raw Office of Coast Survey electronic navigational chart tile service. The marker layers are fixed sets kept in this page's source: Piers places Avalon, Nags Head, and Jennette's piers; Inlets places Oregon, Hatteras, and Ocracoke inlets; Towns places Corolla, Duck, Nags Head, Hatteras, and Ocracoke; Reefs places the USS Monitor sanctuary and Hatteras-area artificial reefs; Buoysplaces NDBC stations 41025 (Diamond Shoals) and 41013 (Frying Pan Shoals).Depth Contours,Nav Aids, andHazards are optional NOAA ENC tile overlays, off by default.
The map itself stores no readings. The data behind it lives elsewhere on this site: current readings from these same NDBC stations on the live conditions page, tide and current tables on tides & currents, pier hours, fees, and fish lists on the piers guide, and each town's fishing access on the towns hub. The chart is for orientation; for depths and navigation, consult the ENC layer itself and the printed NOAA charts it comes from.
