OBX Tackle is operated by That's a Big Idea LLC, 59 Trinitie Trl, Southern Shores, NC 27949. That's a Big Idea LLC is the seller of record for every order on this site, and is who you are dealing with — not our production or supplier partners.

Our merchandise is made to order

Every printed item is produced specifically for you once you order it. That means we do not offer a general change-of-mind return or a free size exchange. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.

It also means we stand behind defects completely. If your order arrives damaged, misprinted, or is not what you ordered, that is on us and we will fix it at our expense.

Claim windows

• Damaged, misprinted, or defective items — tell us within 30 days of receiving the item.
• Packages lost in transit — tell us within 30 days of the estimated delivery date.
• Wrong or insufficient address — if an address cannot be delivered, the shipment is returned to our fulfillment partner's facility. We will confirm a corrected address with you before any reshipment, and reshipment costs may apply.

What we cannot accept back

• Rigged, used, or opened items. Tackle that has been fished or opened cannot be resold or restocked.
• Opened terminal tackle. Hooks, weights, and rigs cannot be accepted back once opened, for safety and quality reasons.
• Customised or personalised items. Goods made to a customer's specification are excluded from return.

How to start a claim

Contact us at obxtackle.com/contact before sending anything back, with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will sort out a replacement or a refund, and tell you whether anything needs to come back to us. Please do not post a return before contacting us — an unannounced return may go unclaimed.

Merchandise and consigned gear are fulfilled by different partners, so an order containing both may arrive in separate shipments with separate tracking — see theshipping policy.
