Custom merchandise (made to order)

Merchandise is printed to order by our fulfillment partner, Printful. Production takes2–5 business days; the day you order does not count, and the first business day is the next business day. Printed goods then ship via Printful's Flat Rate service, which adds 4–6 business days in transit.

Merchandise is printed specifically for you, so production begins as soon as your order is placed. We cannot change or cancel it once it enters production.

Consigned gear

Gear items are stocked and shipped by the supplier's US warehouse rather than printed to order, so they follow the supplier's own dispatch schedule instead of the production window above.

Shipping cost

Shipping is calculated at checkout from our fulfillment partner's live rate table for the exact items in your order — a single tee and a single hoodie do not ship for the same money, so the cart is priced rather than flat-rated. The cost is always shown before you pay.

Split shipments

Merchandise and consigned gear are fulfilled by different partners. An order containing both arrives in separate shipments with separate tracking. You will receive tracking for each shipment as it becomes available.

Delays, lost or damaged shipments

Production and transit estimates can move with order volume and seasonal demand, and the updated estimate applies to an order once published. If an order is late, damaged, or misprinted, contact us and we will make it right. See also our return policy.
